Intestinal worming
– Pets should be dewormed every two weeks up until 12 weeks of age and then every three months with an all-wormer. It is important to note that all-wormers do not protect your pet against heartworm disease, so a separate specific heartworm prevention product is also required.

It is important to give the right dose of worming medication, especially for small puppies and kittens. Feel free to bring your pet in to be weighed and we can advise you on the best and easiest worming product for your pet. There are many options available for worming, including spot-on products for those who are not so easy to tablet and convenient combined products.

Fleas

Fleas can cause itching and discomfort or even severe allergic dermatitis, so flea control is another important part of caring for your pet. We stock several safe and highly effective flea control products, so please discuss the best choice for your situation with us. Spot-on or tablet products are available to make application as easy as possible.

Please remember not all products are safe for young puppies or kittens and also, some dog flea products can be toxic to cats.
